It was a nice experience, I loved staff and rooms. The bedrooms were comfortable. Got ironing for free, didn't expect that. My favourite property in Chester.

The bathroom was very small, I didn't like it.

Actually everything was fantastic, my next choice again in Chester. I stayed for 1 night and had a just perfect time. I slept so comfy in the large bed. The pool was lovely, the stuff here was fabulous. Terrific service, nice restaurant on site. Besides, parking was available on-site.

There were superb staff and rooms. Bed was lovely, I enjoyed it. A such great stay with a good swimming pool. I appreciated the great area around the hotel. Also, The Grosvenor Museum was 4 km away.

Very fancy room, great view, and LOVELY staff. Sky bar was fantastic and tidy. Good location, we need just 5 minutes walk to get to the bus station. A bar in the reception, convenient. It was great hotel and we had a very lovely stay.
